Orders received are shipped next business day.

We only use CanadaPost as a shipping service, and service only Canada and USA.

We ship your packages via Expedited Parcel, XPressPost or Priority Courier - all of which are tracked and guaranteed to arrive.

Unfortunately due to the number of missing shipments, we no longer offer Lettermail delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges

Airsoft Store Canada does not offer refunds. We will exchange defective parts with an identical item. In the event where a defective part is received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

All batteries sold by Airsoft Store Canada are tested prior to shipping. Please check the voltages and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the batteries if there are any issues. The battery must not be modified or show any external damage. All warranty inquiries after the 24 hour period must be directed to the manufacturer.

For airsoft internals, due to the tight-tolerances and high-stress nature of their use, errors made during installation leading to the failure of a part is not deemed to be a defect of the part.

Please do sufficient research to ensure that you are purchasing the exact part that you want and need. Unfortunately due to the number of parts manufacturers on the market, we will not guarantee compatibility between items. However, we have taken the time to be as detailed as possible in the product descriptions, so use that to your full advantage.
